My treatment approach is to partner with my clients in setting goals for therapy and to collaborate with them to achieve those goals. Together we will explore the challenges that may be holding you back and blocking your progress toward leading a happier, more fulfilled life. While working together, we will explore the effects of thoughts, beliefs, physical health, past experience, and the environment on a person’s mental well-being. I use the most recent researched methods and draw from various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavior, person-centered, trauma focused, solution-focused, and strengths-based methods. I've worked for over 20 years in the Mental Health Field. Presently, I am a school counselor and therapist. Previously, I was a corporate trainer and guest speaker, providing workshops on various psycho-educational topics to adults and adolescents.
