Introduction

I want you to feel confident, competent and excited about your life! With over 30 years of experience as a psychologist, both in the US and abroad, I have studied strengths-based coaching, mind-body-spirit medicine, mindfulness, attachment science and indigenous approaches to healing. This allows me to offer my clients a broad range of approaches to overcome limiting beliefs and roles, develop a strong sense of self and build meaningful relationships. Approach My first goal is to establish a sense of trust and safety, without which no other work is possible. I want to understand what brought you to therapy right now and what your goals are for our work together. We will work to understand the effects of past experiences and traumas on your life today and consider strategies for changing how you think, feel and act.
