Introduction

Would you like to feel more calm, confident, hopeful, and energetic? Are you facing roadblocks or transitions in your relationships or family life? Would you like to become more effective at getting your needs met through self-compassion rather than self-criticism? I provide a space where people slow things down and take time to look gently at how they are handling their energies, resources, relationships and choices. From that internal state of calm, new ideas and motivation arise and Clients respond to challenging experiences constructively. My approach is Client-Centered, Strengths-based, and Culturally Sensitive, drawn from mind/body/spirit oriented theoretical approaches such as Expressive Therapies, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
