After graduating from the University of Southern California with a Masters in Social Work, I have worked for over 10 years with children, teens and adults facing challenges associated with trauma, depression, anxiety, family stressors, homelessness, varying disabilities and other complex issues. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, solution-focused and trauma informed. I have been trained in several evidence based practices and have experience working within the public school/special education system. As a former collegiate student-athlete, I also have insight into supporting the mental health of student athletes. I know taking the first step toward wellness can be overwhelming and I seek to create a therapeutic relationship that is open, kind and non-judgmental. I believe that with support, we can all move toward a fulfilling and balanced life. I look forward to being a part of your wellness journey.
