Introduction

Dona is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues, boundaries, codependency, self-worth issues, and shame. Dona is trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She integrates different modalities knowing that our thoughts affect our emotions, while understanding how our family roles affect how we operate in daily life. Dona has a special focus on working with infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy and post-partum issues. She believes that this is a special time where the mom-to-be and new parents need extra encouragement and support.
