Welcome! My name is Dona Dubbs and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am here to work with you on creating change and healing. I work with adolescents through elderly. I work with anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss and grief, and perinatal mental health. I care about the therapeutic relationship and value the safety and trust that we build together. I hope that you feel welcome and seen in my office. I work with many approaches including Experiential, Attachment-based, Emotions and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I am also certified in Premarital Prepare and Enrich. I look forward to meeting with you.
