I work towards providing a safe space for clients to freely express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I am here to listen compassionately and work collaboratively with you towards accomplishing your therapeutic goals. I truly believe that you are the expert on your life. That each individual has inherent worth and uniqueness. My approach to therapy stems from a humanistic approach to counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I received my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. I have a variety of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults. My treatment focus is tailored to an individual's goals and needs for therapy. In my free time I enjoy being in nature, listening to music, watching films, and admiring art galleries.
