I specialize in working with children and adults around attachment and trauma issues. My focus is on the relationship, collaborating with you to find creative and lasting interventions. I use a variety of modalities in a person-centered/strengths-based approach. You are the expert on you! Healing from trauma is a highly individualized process, so I work collaboratively with my clients to create a supportive environment in which you can explore your experiences. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, and EMDR. My hope is that once we are done, you leave with a healthier understanding and approach to the things that lead you to treatment. I believe that we all have the ability to manage, given the right tools and environment. My passion for trauma therapy comes from witnessing the incredible resilience of individuals as they embark on their healing journey.
