Introduction

Using an LGBTQIAA+ inclusive approach, I can help you understand behaviors that are no longer working for you, including compulsive sexual behaviors, dealing with your inner critic, impossible self-imposed standards of perfection for self or others in your life, and the shame and confusion brought about by infidelity or chronic cheating. This is accomplished by the use of Inner-Child Work (i.e "Internal Family Systems" or "Parts Work") where you will have the unique therapy experience of getting to know the different parts of your personality and how each part interacts with one another. You goals in therapy can also be accomplished via EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), and a dash of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have over 10 years working in drug and alcohol treatment centers in Malibu, CA and can provide Substance Abuse assessments as well as outpatient individual therapy treatment for substance abuse related issues. If you are in a relationship, I specialize in couple's therapy and have been trained as a Gottman-Method Couple's Therapist. Couples therapy with me remains a totally inclusive model, welcome those in Ethical Nonmonogomous Relationships, Gay Relationships, Open Relationships, Monogamous Relationships, Monogomous Relationships seeking to open up, and virtually anyone from any race or identity. Common issues in couples therapy include healing from betrayal, trouble with seeing your partner as an erotic individual, communication skills, and intimacy related challenges. Book your session at your convenience online now. I look forward to connecting with you!
