I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults. I also work with couples for premarital, marital, or relationship counseling and families for family counseling. I am passionate about supporting you through the lifespan and through life's experiences. I seek to provide a safe place that is non-judgmental, encouraging, and supportive as you navigate through the difficult moments of your life. Striving to help you gain insight about the problems hindering you from living your best life possible, address unhelpful beliefs, thoughts, and patterns of behavior, and implement new ways of coping through life’s issues. With compassion and understanding, we collaborate to determine the most effective approach to treatment. My ultimate goal is to assist you in healing hurt, discovering hidden potential, and unlocking inner strength to aid in strengthening self.
