Introduction

You've tried to feel better on your own. Maybe you've had therapy before, and it helped some, but now you're right back where you were. Talking it through with friends is getting old and you can't read one more book or download one more app. I specialize in helping people who are still feeling stuck despite their best efforts to feel better. You are not destined to feel anxious or depressed for forever. You can wake up each day feeling calm, peaceful and ready. You can have satisfying relationships with friends and a steady partner. You can feel happy at work. I am trained in ISTDP, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. Together we will pay close and careful attention to you as we work to rework how you experience yourself and experience yourself with others.
