Introduction

I view my profession as more than a job, it is my calling. I am the type of therapist that meets my clients where they are. I create a warm, judgement-free, and encouraging space where together, we can lay a foundation that builds trust, acceptance, healing, and resolution. Many people seek therapy because something just doesn't feel "right." We often struggle with wanting to be our authentic selves, finding our purpose, and healing from our past traumas when we try to do it alone. Most issues become more manageable when we have someone there to help us carry the weight. This is what I attempt to do as a therapist. During our safe and confidential sessions together, we will work through difficult issues such as the struggles of daily life, couple's conflict, anger, loss, processing trauma, or working through conflict, and transitions. You are worthy of doing this work and you do NOT have to do it alone!
