Introduction

My unique style of therapy is a Holistic Approach with conversational sessions where I offer a warm, compassionate, genuine approach to all of my clients. I combine talk therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy tenets because they recognize the client as the expert in their life. I also incorporate mindfulness practices i.e., mediation, oil healing, breath work and nutritional tools to encourage healing of the mind, body and spirit. My #1 goal is to always create a safe space; free of judgment in order to support your growth. When working with adolescents and teens I create a rapport that supports healing by providing play therapy along with age appropriate talk therapy to understand challenges within the lives. I further encourage healthy, communicative relationships between parents and children by allowing parents to be apart of sessions when needed. As a marriage and family therapist, I am trained to help couples understand their relational problems. I incorporate Gottman, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy tenets to allow partners to understand communication styles, attachment styles to help increase understanding, respect, affection, and intimacy between you and your partner, My belief is that healing begins within you first and through this healing journey clients can let go of deep-rooted fears, false and/or limited self-beliefs and repair damaged relationships. Through this process of healing, I join you with patience while offering honest, supportive feedback which makes progress and change more enduring. I look forward to starting this healing process with you and your family!
