Introduction

Dina opened Insight Counseling with the intent of creating exactly the type of space where she could go to experience insightful healing, growth, and enhanced health; a place where all people are warmly welcomed, and staff are interested in and committed to their care. Insight Counseling is that place. Educated and trained in the most effective evidence-based therapies, Dina uses the therapeutic modality that best fits the unique situation of her client. Dina is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, Grief and Loss, and Couples Counseling. She values the holistic approach to therapy and incorporates mindfulness into her work with clients. Dina is also a Board-approved supervisor and loves teaching, training and supporting the next generation of therapists. Her self-compassion practices include yoga and meditation, reading, cooking, trail running, knitting, and connecting with family.
