Welcome, my name is Didem. Thank you for visiting my website. I am excited that you decided to take the first step towards your healing, recovery, and self improvement. I look forward to getting to know you, and walking this path with you. My interest in the human mind and body started when I was very young, but as I grew older my interest shifted heavily towards psychology. As a college student, I noticed many of my peers suffered from traumatic experiences. Seeing their struggles, guided me to want to become a healing hand in a world where pain and suffering exists. With that in mind, I earned my psychology degree from UCF and masters in mental health counseling degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Since then, the human mind and its capacity to heal has been my passion. I believe that healing starts within. Yet, body & mind approach is essential for a person to reach their full potential. I use eclectic approach depending on the individuals needs, presenting issues and their goals. I will get to know you, your system, your past experiences, and adopt a treatment model that is catered towards your needs.
