Introduction

For trauma reprocessing: I am a trauma and dysregulation reprocessing specialist. I help adults untangle the survival patterns their bodies developed in response to past trauma and distress, so they can build new connections, experience embodied safety, and engage in meaningful relationships and systems of meaning through connection and coregulation with others. For individuals: I am a complex trauma therapist with advanced training in experiential and somatic approaches. I help adults traverse the challenges of complex trauma, chronic pain, and chronic illness in order to resolve the effects of past experiences, expand capacity and flexibility, return to regulation, and reclaim a sense of safety and connection in their lives.
