She holds a BSW from the University of South Florida, an MSW from Howard University specializing in advocacy for displaced populations, and a second master’s in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Argosy University. As the founder of Life in Focus Therapy and the Lens of Growth Mentorship Program, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve clarity, self-love, and personal growth through holistic and culturally affirming care. Her therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness, self-love techniques, and therapeutic photography, particularly in working with marginalized communities.
