Introduction

Do you feel like there is a mountain in front of you blocking you from living the life you desire? Would you believe me if I told you that the mountain “is the way?” The mountain won’t move, but you certainly can. God never promised us this life would be easy, if fact, just the opposite. What if there was a way, a paradigm shift, that could happen inside you that would flip everything you thought you knew upside down? Together we will discover faulty thinking patterns, solutions, and create a roadmap to lasting change. It is possible to live the life you desire and to find joy through this journey we call life. I’ve been a Social Worker for the last 10 years working in the mental health field. I am a Christian and approach my practice through a Biblical World View, with that said, I will meet you where you are. If you are not a Christian, we can work together to bring hope, peace, and relief to your symptoms. I incorporate modern best practices in mental health such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, and if requested, with what scripture tells us about our relationship with God and how we can live a life full of Joy in the midst of suffering. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and of all age groups including teens through older adults. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. I will walk with you through the storm, helping you to heal and achieve your goals. My objective is to give you the tools you need to overcome the battles that inevitably affect us all. I desire to give you hope for a future you can look forward to with joy and peace.
