Introduction

I have openings in my online HIPAA compliant video telehealth office for insurance clients living in Florida, N. Carolina, S. Carolina and Michigan. Private pay is available in all 50 states. I am a Registered Art Therapist and a Clinical Social Worker. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP). I can help you with PTSD/trauma (including spiritual/religious trauma), major life transitions, grief, women's issues, LGBTQIA+ support, compassion fatigue, spirituality issues & exploration, and navigating difficult life events. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, virtual video space where you can feel comfortable expressing your true inner self in the comfort of your own home. I offer individual art therapy/counseling sessions, group art therapy sessions and workshops (please contact me for a listing of my current online groups and workshops). Adults of all ages, teens (13-19) are all welcome. “Cookie Cutter" therapeutic approaches don't work for everyone. I tailor your plan of care to your individual needs, and comfort levels. I also provide non-traditional therapies such as Art Therapy, Sandplay Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). By providing less threatening and varied ways to explore your emotions, I will help you to communicate your feelings in a healthy way, even when they are difficult to describe with words alone. Working with an Art Therapist can enhance your healing opportunities and reduce your stress response. You might panic and think, "I can't draw!” but that's okay. NO ART SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. It’s about the PROCESS, not the end product. Art Therapy/Expressive Arts Therapies use artmaking and creative expression to address your psychological and emotional needs. Both are research supported therapies that provide mental health treatment for a wide variety of unwanted mental and physical symptoms and life experiences. Learning more about yourself can allow you to understand your inner emotions and can lead you to an enhanced understanding of how to have a happier life. *ATR supervision offered by phone or video. Call now and schedule your appointment. Let's start your journey toward healing!
