Diana has a history of work with clients who are interested in understanding how their faith intersects with the other areas of life. Diana partners with her clients to ensure they are active members in their treatment and strives to provide individualized care, based on the client's strengths and needs. She believes that all clients have the capacity to learn skills which will improve their lives and allow them, with time, to experience life to its fullest. Diana has experience working with adolescents and adults with various life stressors and mental health diagnoses. She has experience using various treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma informed practice, and mindfulness techniques.
