Therapy can be the first step in finding insight, forgiveness and making a positive change. Lets discover what that is for you. I was never the one with all the right answers growing up but I knew I wanted to help those around me and make an impact on the betterment of people's lives. So...insert counseling degree here! So it's easy to think of myself as that one person who is going to give it to you straight. I will most definitely tell you when you have spinach stuck in your teeth, compliment your choice of outfits, hold up a mirror so you see what others see, celebrate even the smallest wins (because those count too) and be a supportive ear when you just want to vent.
