I believe that EVERYONE has the ability to feel better and deserves access to high-quality treatment to meet their needs. If we are not a good match, I hope to help you get connected to alternative options. I care about genuine connection and doing what works! My style is active, flexible, and focused on strengths. I have specialized experience caring for individuals, families, and groups, leading teams, and developing innovative treatments. I build collaborative, authentic partnerships to help people get “unstuck” and move toward their values. Most of my training and experience is in helping people with eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. Before opening my practice, I was Clinical Director of an eating disorders treatment center in Cincinnati, Ohio (my hometown), where I led a multi-disciplinary team of experts and oversaw all clinical operations. I am out-of-network for insurance. All services are self-pay through the Client Portal. I can provide a Superbill if clients would like to submit a claim to their insurance company on their own; however, most will not reimburse because I am out-of-network. Do you offer in-person? This practice is fully virtual at this time, using video conferencing on a secure telehealth platform. Where is telehealth offered - does it matter where I am located? I am licensed to provide telehealth services for clients located in most US states! See here for the current map: https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap What are your fees? Please see the "Fees" section below for more information! How often do you see clients? It depends! I often see clients once per week at the beginning, then reduce to every-other week later on. Sometimes it's helpful to supplement with brief check-in sessions if folks could benefit from extra support. There would be a discussion of a plan once after the initial evaluation.
