Introduction

Congratulations on taking the first step on the journey toward healing, self-discovery, and growth! Often times, seeking support comes with a mixed bag of emotions and barriers, making it very challenging to even begin the process. We can easily become a product of our circumstances, getting lost in survival mode or our comfort zones, but life is too short to get stuck there and that's where I come in. Having navigated my own hardships and traumas, I know how complex it can be to recover, heal, and move forward. It is without a doubt one of the most challenging, yet rewarding, experiences and you are worth it! My approach is non-judgmental, honest, supportive, and strengths-based. My ultimate goal is to help you figure out who you want to be, leaving you feeling empowered, confident, and safe. I pull from a variety of evidence-based therapies depending on what is the best fit for the situation, experience, and client(s). I strive to help you face the unmanageable aspects of your life by walking alongside you, rather than pulling ahead or trailing behind. I firmly believe that authentic, vulnerable connection paves the way on each journey. It would be an honor to stand by your side as you channel the courage within you to make positive shifts in your life!
