A place where you can recover from toxic relationships, heal from childhood trauma, repair relationships, improve your sense of self-worth, grow your strength and focus on finding your authentic voice. I provide individual/family therapy and couples’ therapy using an integrative approach from different counseling models. I avoid cookie-cutter approaches and personalize treatment to meet the needs of my clients. I work with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. I treat issues such as grief, low self esteem, trauma, anger management, adolescent behavioral issues, women issues, emotional disturbances, interpersonal conflicts, relationship conflict, work place conflict and other life stressors. I am also a Brainspotting trained therapist who work with individuals who have experienced trauma such as PTSD, complex trauma and sexual abuse. I have a desire to promote positive family dynamics, healthy communication, cohesiveness and encourage mental well-being in our community.
