Hi, I’m Diamond Triggs. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience. I have worked with adults and children, couples, families and groups to address a variety of issues including: substance abuse, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma and adjustment disorders. I am currently accepting clients experiencing all of the areas above as well as those seeking court mandated evaluations and treatments such as anger management. My therapeutic approach is from a cognitive-behavioral perspective in that patterns of thoughts and actions are explored in order to better understand the client's problems and develop solutions. I adhere to the belief that people are constantly growing, changing and transitioning and seek to meet each client where they are. I believe that in everything there is a gift.
