Introduction

Hi and Welcome :-) I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in California with over 15 years of experience in the social services sector. I offer therapeutic services that are non-bias, compassionate, and accepting of who you are. My goal is to help you identify problem areas and patterns that are causing you distress and ensure it’s a journey where you feel safe, heard, and validated. I am passionate about accompanying individuals, families and couples manage and overcome trauma and on their journeys to self-development.I have professional working experience in helping clients with depression and anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, family conflict, vocational stress, grief, physical trauma and emotional abuse. My style of support is a warm, holistic, and interactive approach to help each person gain confidence and live their lives with more balance. I do not see myself as the expert, but rather as an ally to listen and offer suggestions when desired. Some of the most common theoretical approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths Based and Solution Focused. I know firsthand the challenges of accessing support. I am open to answering any questions and addressing any fears, concerns or hesitancy. At this moment, I have weekday evening and weekend morning appointments available. Feel free to contact me to schedule a free consultation to see if I am the right therapist for you!
