Hello. I am work with adults and couples. I specialize in couple's communication, neurodiverse relationships, and treating anxiety and depression. I used an integrated approach including CBT. Appointments are in person, by phone or via telehealth. I offer psychotherapy for clients in California, and coaching if you are in another state. If we are not a good fit, I will help you find someone else. Success in therapy is the relationship between clinician and client. I offer a sliding fee scale.
