I'm a board certified psychologist who has experience with children and adults in a variety of settings and locations, including schools, colleges, and medical centers in Arizona, Arkansas, California, and Florida. My typical day may range from helping a parent with managing their child's behavior to helping an adult adjust to career changes. I see each client as resourceful and capable. I believe in a collaborative approach that helps individuals set meaningful goals and take incremental steps toward change; my aim is to facilitate that by providing a supportive and comfortable environment. One of the things I cherish most about being a therapist is when someone shares themselves and their life with me. Vulnerability is such a gift, and I have an appreciation for how hard it can be to trust. Everyone has a flower, which represents their hopes, optimism, kindness, love, and vulnerability. I happen to be someone whose flower is on the surface. For others, it might be more protected. But I'm always stunned at how beautiful people's flowers are when they share them.
