Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in TN that is committed to helping women and girls evolve in to the best version of themselves. I specialize in treating body image concerns, disordered eating, and eating disorders. Additionally, I counsel individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and a desire for personal growth. I offer a space for women and girls to be heard, supported, and partnered with as they navigate through their therapeutic journeys. My intention as a therapist is to empower women to believe in themselves and their ability take on life's challenges. For this reason, I provide psychoeducation and use evidence based practices that encourage strategies applicable to reaching one’s goals.
