Compassion Fatigue/Burnout Support Group The intake process for the spring cohort is now open. To get started, please request an appointment for an Intake/psychiatric evaluation and specify that you are interested in this group. for maximum results, engagement in Individual therapy is encouraged, but not required. Skill-Building Groups for Teens The intake process for the spring cohort for our skill building support groups for teens (max 10) is now underway. This is a short term support group for teens. Once all interested individuals have completed the screening process (includes intake assessment/evaluation), sessions will begin. The spring and fall groups run 8 weeks and the summer group runs 6 weeks. Topics include - self esteem building, emotional regulation, anger management, coping skills including mindfulness, communication/self advocacy, navigating peer pressure/bullying, and life skills (self care, problem solving and financial literacy). To get started, please request an appointment for an Intake/psychiatric evaluation. Purposeful Painting for Adults (Art Therapy) All 21+ are welcomed! 3rd Sunday afternoons of each month in east Baltimore. All supplies provided. In Person and virtual options available. Materials can be picked up anytime prior to the day of. To get started, please request a group therapy appointment. Purposeful Painting - Family Friendly (Art Therapy) 2nd Sunday afternoons in east Baltimore. Location to be communicated after registration. All supplies provided. Advanced registration requested for families of 3 or more. Virtual option available. Materials can be picked up anytime prior to the day of.
