Introduction

You might be reaching out for counseling because you want: your child to process and explore their emotions in a safe space; your child to heal from divorce, loss, or other hurt in their world; to be able to process your unsolved adult or childhood trauma experiences; to build a healthy relationship with yourself and/or loved ones; or to learn coping skills to help with daily life stressors. Regardless of your why, I am happy to be considered. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and finding the treatment modality that meets their needs. I have extensive training in Play Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, Sandtray and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). All of these treatment modalities have been proven to help individuals in a variety of different ways. Reaching out can be challenging and come with a wave of emotions. You're not alone in this. I pride myself in multicultural counseling, my allyship with the LGBTQ+ community, and helping the neurodivergent. Mental health is for all. Reach out for a free consultation and let me know how I can help you, your child or a family member on their desired journey.
