Introduction

Desiree thrives to create an authentic and accepting therapeutic relationship with each client. She believes life is a process, and at times people need a safe place to explore their thoughts and feelings. Desiree creates an individualized treatment plan to meet clients where they are and empower them while going through the steps of therapy. Her goal is to guide motivated individuals and couples who want to better understand how their past has impacted them by breaking the chains of self-doubt and overthinking. In doing so, Desiree uses various theoretical techniques including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Jungian analysis, and Person-Centered therapy to address the needs of the client. She services individuals and couples who desire healthy communication and coping skills. Desiree believes the answers are within you and strives to guide you to your answers. Her goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
