I am a relationship therapist. What this means to you is that I will help you to work on the most important relationship there is—the one with yourself. Whether we work as an individual or as a couple, the goal is the same: improve the quality of the relationship. Often this will mean, better self-awareness, processing of underlying trauma, anxiety, depression anger and other non-useful mechanisms that are no longer serving us. I am a trained EMDR therapist. EMDR is a transformative therapeutic modality when working with trauma, anxiety, depression and negative self-esteem. In addition to EMDR, I am well versed in EFT, I am well versed in CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy and other therapeutic modalities. I help people to work through a wide range of obstacles and I am passionately committed to helping my clients realize their full potential.
