I provide a safe place to nurture their mind, spirit, and body. I strive to help others promote growth in their life and heal from the wounds of their past. I have been a therapist for about 7 years and worked in the mental health field for almost 10. I have worked with adults and adolescents and specialize with trauma, MDD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Personality Disorders, and Substance Abuse. I have experience with crisis situations including clients who are seeing help for suicidal thoughts
