Introduction

Exposure and Response Prevention therapy is my preferred treatment modality. I was drawn to this approach as it is hands-on, tangible, and learning-based. I believe most people know what the issue is and know what they need to do, but the "how to do it" is where we often get stuck. I use this as a guide to directly target uncertainty, doubt, fear, and avoidance to help you live a full meaningful life.
