ADHD is all that I do. And I am good at what I do. I know you might be thinking "How is a marriage therapist going to help me with ADHD?" Well, ADHD requires an out-of-the-box approach. Usually, with marriage therapy, I am dealing with the relationship between two people. With ADHD I am dealing with the relationship between you and your ADHD! And it is a perspective that you can't get with CBT-based therapies. ADHD is more than a calendar, notebook, and schedule. You already know what you need to do, what you need help with is how to actually do it. And to that, you need to fundamentally rethink your relationship with ADHD.
