Introduction

If you or your teen are in need of mental health treatment, you're in the right place. Whether you're facing interpersonal challenges at school or work, struggling with organization and time management, experiencing low self-esteem, dealing with past traumatic experiences, or experiencing general emotional distress, I’d like to help. My general approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, evidenced-based, and humorous. I have immediate availability on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays. I don’t work in the morning so all appointments start no earlier than noon. I've spent my career working with children, teens, and adults facing emotional and behavioral issues. I'm nationally certified in TF-CBT for treating trauma in children and teens. For adults, I use Written Exposure Therapy for trauma symptoms. I also utilize CBT to address depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other behavioral and emotional problems.
