I would like to help you achieve this state and be the person you want to be, not the one you have had to be due to circumstances outside of your control. I will help you to establish and achieve your personalized therapy goals. Therapy is a collaborative effort where you should feel comfortable yet challenged. Therapy is both difficult and rewarding. I utilize a variety of approaches based on your individual needs and comfort. I utilize a person centered, resilience and strengths-based approach. I am trained to use therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, EFT, Trauma informed, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, and other approaches.
