Introduction

Denise Gaudette is a mental health provider who sees clients in her private practice. I had a successful corporate career prior to returning to graduate school and becoming a therapist. I take an eclectic and holistic approach catered to meet clients where they are in their personal journey. I utilize CBT, attachment theory, internal family systems (IFS), psycho-dynamic, Jungian and other modalities of treatment with a trauma-informed approach to help clients explore internal narratives, patterns, or "stuck" spots. I believe all human beings can discover their North Star. Each person has their own internal wisdom, unique sense of self, self-worth, and self-love in this amazing journey of life. It's my honor to help clients navigate times of transition, darkness, and confusion. When it seems this self-awareness is inaccessible, I hope to bring a new conscious awareness to clients and focus on shifting the narrative to growth, development, and healing. I provide clients a healthy therapeutic relationship and offer space that can allow clients the opportunity to look authentically and deeply inside themselves to explore within and ultimately create what they desire for their well-being and their lives to live more aligned and aware in body, mind, heart and spirit. I see teenagers, adults and couples.
