Introduction

Studies show that success in therapy has more to do with your connection with your therapist than anything else. I'm here to provide a safe, comfortable, and inviting space for you to be yourself. I know therapy can be difficult and uncomfortable sometimes, but I will do my best to make you feel safe and comfortable and use the skills that have yet to make me famous in comedy to make you laugh while you learn with me. Do you struggle with stress management, anxiety, mood swings, intergenerational and cultural trauma, setting boundaries or communicating with your loved ones? Imagine working with a therapist you feel can empathize with, consider, validate, and normalize your unique cultural experiences or spiritual values. I will validate and hold a safe space for your feelings and be a witness for you to be able to explore your trauma, triggers, needs, and the path toward healing. Let's make the unconscious conscious. My passion for being a therapist comes with the opportunity to deep dive with my clients, working through old traumas and setting up a healthy therapeutic space to use our relationship as the foundation for you to expand the other relationships in your life. I work best with individuals who identify as neurodivergent, Asian, Latina/o/x, spiritual, and LGBTQIA+ seeking guidance/support. Values and Approach I care deeply about my clients and believe they are the experts on their lives. My approach to therapy is genuine and holistic, incorporating person-centered, integrative techniques, trauma-informed, and attachment-based practices. I center my approaches towards the individual needs of each of my clients and have various levels of knowledge of many therapy approaches, including but not limited to...CBT, DBT, somatic experiencing/therapy, IFS, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, SFBT, and mindfulness techniques. I do my best to make sure my practice is anti-oppressive, neurodiversity- and polyam-affirming, LGBTQIA+ celebrating. I support my clients in processing their anxiety and emotions, navigating relationships, exploring their sexuality and gender identity, and untangling intergenerational family narratives and trauma. I will provide a non judgmental safe space/ relationship with unconditional positive regard (therapy language for unconditional love) to support, encourage, and empower you to do what you need to do to be happy, successful, and thriving. If you are ready to enter your healing era, please email me today for a free 15-minute consultation. I want to acknowledge that not every therapist is the perfect fit for every client, however if you have taken the steps to connect with me, I hope that I will be able to support, encourage and be a guide for you on your journey. “The word guide does not mean I have made it to the top of this mountain called “healing”, but that I am only a few steps ahead of you, as I have walked the path you are on now.” - The Mountain is You
