Introduction

As a mixed Asian, Native and white therapist, who is also close with the Latina/o/x community my practice is rooted in values of empowerment, empathy, and authenticity with an anti- oppressive lens. I am passionate about providing culturally sensitive care that considers, validates and normalizes the unique cultural experiences of Asian, Native and Latina/o/x individuals. Are you struggling to communicate with your loved ones, set boundaries, manage your stress and anxiety levels, or cope with ADHD/Autism? If you are experiencing these issues or anxiety, relationship challenges, chronic pain, or difficulty relaxing I am here to support, encourage and empower you to do what you need to do to be happy, successful, and thriving. If any of this sounds like you, I'd love to provide you a free 15 minute consultation to explore if I can support your journey. I love creating a warm supportive environment for healing, teaching (psychoeducation) and supporting people in accessing their own abilities to live their best life, stay present when big emotions arise, and being able to mindfully experience and embrace the present moment. I am passionate about working with clients who are trans/ non-binary, college students, have chronic illness, exploring their sexuality, exploring their spirituality, learning how to date/ be in a romantic relationship, and seeking support in understanding how to manage their ADHD, Anxiety and/or PTSD. I want to acknowledge that not every therapist is the perfect fit for every client, however if you have taken the steps to connect with me, I hope that I will be able to support, encourage and be a guide for you on your journey. “The word guide does not mean I have made it to the top of this mountain called “healing”, but that I am only a few steps ahead of you, as I have walked the path you are on now.” - The Mountain is You
