Denae (she/her) holds a Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology and has also been a Registered Dietitian since 2009. Denae enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and older adults. Denae's clinical interests include anxiety, complex trauma, eating disorders/body image, grief/loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-growth, and nutrition/wellness. Denae enjoys taking a collaborative and person-centered approach with her clients. She feels honored to be able to walk with clients on their journey to achieving personal growth and transformation. Denae has trained in and enjoys utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems-Informed Therapy/Parts Work, and elements of EMDR and Somatic therapy in her work with clients.
