Welcome! I think that most would agree that there are seasons of joy and seasons of 'not so much joy' in life. And sometimes it can all simply become too much. Do you find yourself overwhelmed and stressed out? Are you in a transition period feeling stuck in your life, relationships, finances, confused with your own reactions and needs? Do you feel anxious, a lack motivation, depressed? How do you cope? Maybe you're tired of just 'coping'. You've come to the right place. If you feel ready to throw in the towel with yourself, your relationships, life, I can help. I have over 20 years of experience in working with individuals, couples, families, and veterans. I have extensive training in trauma work, personality disorders and serious mental illness. From depression and anxiety to psychological, physical and emotional traumas. I am also a registered and trained supervisor for students seeking licensure hours. My goal is to create a safe accepting space for you where you can share your deepest concerns, difficulties and pain. We all have hopes and dreams. Perhaps you have lost your way in pursuit of these, or trauma has short, circuited things. With openness, integrity and honesty, and hard work, I can help you create the deeply satisfying life you desire.
