Introduction

You good, bruh? Welcome to the first step in your healing journey! I specialize in helping clients rediscover themselves, work through unresolved childhood issues and cope with life transitions while providing an authentic, comfortable and supportive environment. I believe the counseling relationship is crucial in the healing journey and I provide a laid back and relatable approach to therapy. Together we will work to process long standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions that are impacting your life. I have over 10 years of experience working with men, particularly Black men, to achieve a better, healthier and healed life. I received an M.Ed in Counseling from Winthrop University in 2013 and a Ph.D in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2022. I tailor my approach to your mental and emotional needs by providing client-centered, culturally sensitive services to help you embrace your authentic self and equip you with new ways to navigate life. I pride myself on offering the professional help you need with the relatable approach that you want! I provide telehealth counseling to clients in North Carolina and Texas. Additionally, I provide LCMHCA, LCASA and CDAC supervision for NC clinicians and LPCA supervision for TX clinicians.
