I understand that asking for help may be difficult, but let me assure you, it is necessary. As a practicing clinician for over 5 years, I have seen the benefit it provides, first hand. Although, it may be culturally taboo, an investment into being heard, understood, and assisted on your journey of growth is priceless. My approach is holistic in helping individuals, families, and couples to explore their authentic-self and identify any issues. My job is not to fix you, but rather to provide alternatives to handling challenging situations that life may throw at you. My theory is that when people can identify their strengths and learn from the past, through a compassionate lens, then and only then can individuals aspire to be their true self and achieve their goals.
