Introduction
Hola. I’m Delmaliz (she/her) a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Connecticut. I am currently only offering tele-therapy so I am available no matter where you live in CT. I am a Proud Puerto Rican New Englander and speak English, Spanish, and Spanglish fluently. My therapy style is flexible and respectful of where you are in the therapeutic process. If you are open to Holistic approaches we can make them part of the healing process. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy infused with tapping or EFT. Coping Skills Exploration along with learning Mindfulness techniques. Fusing different methods in order to help your healing process flow and complete. My passion lies within helping folks find their value, find ways to relieve their stress, and bring balance back into their lives. Take back those sleepless nights, continue their paths to healing, and perhaps find a new path in their personal and/or professional lives. Trauma can occur in many different ways and keeping that energy in both our body and minds can have long lasting impacts on our emotional and mental wellbeing. I can work with you on beginning your healing journey so that you can break free and resume the activities and habits you once enjoyed. I believe in social justice and I stand against any forms of oppression.
