Reaching out for support takes courage, and Delilah aims to walk alongside her clients with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. She believes healing unfolds at each person’s own pace and that feeling truly seen and understood in therapy can be a transformative experience. Delilah is passionate about working with individuals navigating social and generalized anxiety, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges—including attachment and codependency. She also enjoys supporting creatives who are moving through imposter syndrome, creative blocks, or career uncertainty. Before beginning her work as a therapist, Delilah designed and facilitated events that encouraged vulnerability and deeper connection among adults. These experiences continue to shape her approach to therapy and her deep belief in the power of human connection. Her style is empathetic, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that each person holds inner wisdom and resilience. Delilah integrates psychodynamic therapy, somatic practices, parts work, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, and is committed to tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences—whether you’re looking for a more structured space or one that’s flexible and exploratory. Delilah is currently pursuing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. Outside of her work, she enjoys collaging, visiting art galleries, discovering street art while traveling, reading, and hosting intimate gatherings with friends.
