Delanie is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and is currently being trained in EMDR.
