I became a therapist to help people break the cycle and become the best version of themselves. My clients would describe me as a good listener that truly cares about helping you achieve your goals. Something to know about my approach is that I am unconventional. Meaning I cuss, I will speak the hard truths, and I will provide a safe space where you can be vulnerable. Together we will identify individualized goals such as coping skills, communication skills, healthy boundaries, healthy relationships, anger management, self-love, forgiveness, grief, process feelings, discuss past trauma, and/or addiction concerns.
