I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, spiritual questions, and family challenges by not minimizing or ignoring these stressors, but by finding light and purpose in the midst of darkness and uncertainty. I specialize in using a holistic approach to target the root of the problem, which I believe is necessary to enact lasting change and deeper healing. Together we will identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and increase in awareness of the connection between mind, body, and spirit by using holistic, creative interventions such as mindfulness, sand tray, and deeper questions. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential/play, and faith-based approaches. I aim to create space where you feel safe to reflect, explore, discover truth, and experience grace.
