I believe connecting and collaborating with mental health professionals to support your family’s well-being is a true act of courage. I aspire to empower young minds through the transformative powers of play therapy and expressive arts therapy. I am dedicated to nurturing emotional resilience and holistic well-being in children and adolescents, providing a safe and supportive environment where they can explore, express, and evolve. Through specialized, evidence-based interventions, I commit to guiding children and their families towards healthier, happier developmental pathways. I received specialized training from the Center of Play Therapy at the University of North Texas and graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021. Accordingly, I'm a Registered Play Therapist™ with credentials exclusively issued by the Association for Play Therapy. My counseling experience includes working both individually and in groups with families of children with various symptoms connected to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, social navigation, life adjustments, adoption, attachment, divorce, trauma, grief, and various presentations of neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia, Alexithymia, etc.). I aspire to engage parents and guardians in the healing process to best equip them with the confidence and support to foster growth within the family system. I have availability throughout the week, including afternoon, evening, and Telehealth options. Please contact me if you, your child, adolescent, or family are in need of support.
